Green Machine Manufacture Co., Limited is a professional custom-made sheet metal products manufacturer. Factory is located in Hangzhou city of China, which is about two hours' drive from Shanghai.
Starting business from 2000, GREEN now employs about 150 people working in the company, and annual turnover reached seven million US dollars in 2012.
In GREEN, all processes are made in house, including shearing, laser cutting, punching, stamping, bending, welding, sand-blasting, painting, powder coating, etc.
Our main business is customer OEM business, so we understand very well what customers need and how they want their products to be. In the R&D department, there are six well-educated and skillful engineers continuously developing new items with AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS. The team are good at working with foreign experts and finally developing satisfactory new products for our customers.
The factory is ISO9001-2008 quality system certified. All internal management activities are strictly according to this system. Over ten experienced QC engineers are monitoring and controlling the quality of your products in the production line everyday.
